Hey guys! Everyone who
knows me, knows I love to check out new bars & restaurants that I haven't
tried before. I love to eat and drink but who doesn't? I was thinking of doing
more blog posts about the new bars & restaurants I recently have tried out.
I live in Buffalo, NY which is such a great place to live, it has so much to
offer. It has many great restaurants, breweries, wineries, and
distilleries.
I recently went to Live Edge Brewing
Company which is in Burt, NY. I live in a little town about 20 minutes from the
City of Buffalo. Live Edge is about an hour drive for me but so worth the
little drive. If you’re coming from Buffalo, you can even make it a little day
trip. There are many wineries around that area too. The food, the beer, the
staff, and the atmosphere were all amazing. The atmosphere was rustic yet very
chic and the staff was warm/welcoming. My sister and I both got beer flights which
came with 4 different craft beers. I loved all of them expect for one. I’m kind
of picky with beer though. I typically like IPAs and ales. I am not crazy about
Stouts/dark beer in general. Their food menu was perfection. They had crispy
chickpeas with different flavors, fried pickles, hot pretzel sticks with dips, a
veggie burger (which sounded like heaven), and many other amazing options. They
also have many vegetarian options which I love. My sister and I decided to split a charcuterie
platter and tater tots with a side of beer cheese/sriracha mayo. The tater tots
were AMAZING, they were perfectly crisp! Definitely one of the best I have ever
had. The beer cheese/sriracha mayo were also super good. The charcuterie
platter was fabulous as well. It came with a couple gourmet meats, some artisan
cheeses, pickled green beans, arugula, and some perfectly grilled bread. My
sister and I absolutely love that kind of thing. I totally recommend this
place, go check it out!
