Oils.

Hey guys! Today I wanted to do a blog post about essential oils. I recently started using essential oils and I have become a little obsessed. There are many different essential oils out there and with that comes different benefits with each one. Some popular oils are lavender, peppermint, tea tree, eucalyptus, frankincense, lemon, and clove, that is just to name a few. You can do so much with oils, you can clean with them, use them for your health, and even use them as an air freshener. The best thing about them is that they are all natural. You can buy essential oils from many different places but when buying any essential oil make sure it's not made in china and the packaging actually says it is 100% of that essential oil. I bought an essential oil starter kit from a company called Young Living. This is a great company because they I love this starter kit because it came with so much. It came with 11 different oils, a diffuser, an essential oil magazine, 10 sample packets, 2 NingXia Red samples, and a roller. My favorite essential oils are lavender and peppermint, I use these oils like water. Lavender oil can be used for sleep, relaxation, acne, and can actually help relieve pain. I typically use lavender in my diffuser every night. Peppermint oil can actually help soothe stomach aches/headaches, improve digestion issues, freshens breath, and can even help clear your respiratory tract. That is just some benefits from two oils. I can be here all day listing benefits to these and other oils. I hope you guys learned something about oils from my post and willing to give them a shot.
